Part Two:

Roadmap to Sanity©: Did you ever create a goal with all good intentions, then something comes up and it doesn’t happen?

In this session, we will be designing your own personal Roadmap to Sanity©. This program was created to help my clients reach the highest possible intention based on how they want to feel in 8 different buckets of our lives.  You will be given your own Roadmap to Sanity© to complete during our session. Creating a blended life is vital in living closer to your Purpose. We will also talk about what saboteurs might be holding you back and how to address them when they surface. After this session, you will walk away with a clear understanding of your focus to create a life you will love.

Part One:

168 Hours a Week: We all have the same amount of hours per week.

Why do other people get so much more done?

What are you doing with your 168 hours per week?

Most of my clients start off thinking that they don’t have time for themselves or things they love, but when we take a deep look at their schedule and see what they are filling it with, they find a true understanding of their needs that might not be met. In the first part of the three-part series, you will find out precisely what is happening during your week.  Identify and overcome the enemies that hold you back from your personal growth. This session is interactive, and you will walk away with a detailed list. There will be homework so that you will be prepared for Part Two.

Why knowing your DiSC Style matters for healthy relationships in all areas of your life!

Join us Wednesday Dec 15th, 2021 from 5pm-7pm
Thomas Hooker Brewery Colt Building at
140 Huyshope Avenue, Hartford CT 06106

We will have a speaker Pamela Drzewiecki speaking on DiSC assessment "overview of the different styles and how to identify them." from 5:30pm-6:30pm.

"Why knowing your DiSC Style matters for healthy relationships in all areas of your life!"

The more volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous our working environments and lives become, the more critical it is to understand your style and help identify others. Each day, we’re called to make progress faster, while pivoting on short notice. To stand firm in our ideas while remaining open to new perspectives. Staying agile demands that we develop and use our communication skills at a level of sophistication that we’ve never demanded before. Sound daunting? It doesn’t have to be.

Light horderves will be served

*Pam Drzewiecki is a Life Coach | Strategic Thinking Partner. Founder of the international Purpose Den. A community designed to support women that live fast-paced lives to pause, discover and design a life they can love.

Personal safety and self-defense is about awareness, recognition, strategy and the element of surprise. The physical aspects of self-defense are essential when catching a would be assailant “off-guard” and doing what they least expect… FIGHTING BACK! For a physical technique to work, you must to be focused, quick, and direct. The longer a physical confrontation ensues, the more likely you will be injured. Personal Safety begins with YOU! Awareness, recognition, and avoidance are major focal points of Escape Alive.

However, when there is no option, you need to know what to do and how to escape!
