Part One:

168 Hours a Week: We all have the same amount of hours per week. 

Why do other people get so much more done?

What are you doing with your 168 hours per week?

Most of my clients start off thinking that they don’t have time for themselves or things they love, but when we take a deep look at their schedule and see what they are filling it with, they find a true understanding of their needs that might not be met. In the first part of the three-part series, you will find out precisely what is happening during your week.  Identify and overcome the enemies that hold you back from your personal growth. This session is interactive, and you will walk away with a detailed list. There will be homework so that you will be prepared for Part Two. 

Part Two:

Roadmap to Sanity©: Did you ever create a goal with all good intentions, then something comes up and it doesn’t happen? 

In this session, we will be designing your own personal Roadmap to Sanity©. This program was created to help my clients reach the highest possible intention based on how they want to feel in 8 different buckets of our lives.  You will be given your own Roadmap to Sanity© to complete during our session. Creating a blended life is vital in living closer to your Purpose. We will also talk about what saboteurs might be holding you back and how to address them when they surface. After this session, you will walk away with a clear understanding of your focus to create a life you will love. 

Part Three:

Self-care = Self-love: How often do we live our lives in a world of unstructured time where our self-care and self-love are put on the back burner?

In this session, we will spend time on why we need self-care and self-love in our lives. What constitutes self-care and self-love? Where can we infuse it into our daily lives?

You will leave with tips, resources, and awareness of your positive thoughts with this new relationship with yourself.

We will end our time together (the last 20-30 minutes) with a Cognitive Recharge Session. Time to breathe. Adult coloring - a beautiful way to spend time releasing stress and anxiety.
